Upon loading Quickbooks, the Quickbooks navigator screen
loads fine, but then totally freezes. I have to do
"ctrl-alt-del" to shut it down. I spoke with Quickbooks.
We made some tests and the Quickbooks software is fine.
They said it is an issue with Internet Explorer. Can
someone please help. BTW, when shutting down Quickbooks
as mentioned, I am told the program (Quickbooks) is
waiting for a response from me? I click "endnow" anyway,
which shuts it down. Please email me at
