program not responding

when on the internet i am getting white screen and then
message saying this program not responding.?????.
 
When I get in my truck and turn on the ignition a bunch of
ligts come on. Anyone got any ideas? This makes as much
sense as your post. What program. When. How. Why? What are
you doing and what is the site? A lot more ifo is needed
before anyone can help. Keep smiling.

That means your right rear tire is low on air. Could also mean you're out of
tail light fluid.
