Program Menu under "Start"

After setting up 2 profiles on my XP Home system, one
being a limited account, and the other being an
administrator account, the "All programs" menu
under "Start" are different. On the limited account, the
listed programs are in two columns so you can see them
all, but on the administrator account, the listed
programs show up in only 1 column with a scroll arrow at
the top and/or bottom. I would like to view these in
multiple columns, as I am getting a large # of programs
loaded, and it is becoming a hassle to have to scroll
through them all. I did nothing different in setting
these accounts up, and I can find nothing in any of the
settings that would change this menu. Any help is
appreciated!

It's in Start Menu properties and is called Scroll Programs. Sub menus are supposed to be used. R/c start and choose Open and Open All Users and create folders (which turn into sub menus) in the Programs folder.

Taskbar and Start Menu properties> Start Menu> Customize. Remove check in
box next to "Scroll Programs"
