Program keeps crashing

I'm trying to figure out why this program keeps crashing on me - its called
DiscStudio/DiscDirect which is a program for Nexis 100AP. It works great for
a while and then when I start moving text aftera while it will crash. I
have to usually hit alt/control/delete to get out of it as it will just hang
there until I do.

I am using xp pro, have a Gateway Media Center SP2 - its a AMD 64x2 Dual
core processor 4200+ 2.21 GHZ 1.87GB of Ram (guess that's all I need to let
you know what I have?)

do I not have enough memory or why would it keep crashing? any clues?

thanks
Pam

What does DiscStudio/DiscDirect tech support say? They are the first ones to
ask.

When you speak to them, try and have the answer to The First Question of
Troubleshooting: if this worked before, what changed between that time and
the time things no longer worked?

It says Nexis 100AP is not supported on Windows XP, 2000, 2003 Server
and Vista (64-bit versions not supported) system. There is no certainty
that any 32 bit software will work properly on a 64 bit operating
system. The quote is from the link.
