Program install shut down

After downloading programs (Kazaa and Norton system works 2004) the
installation fails repeatedly. Upon double clicking on the appropriate icon
to begin installation, the install window closes automatically (usually
within 5-10 seconds) and install quits. I have both programs installed on my
other PC with Windows 98. This PC has Windows XP and I am assuming my
problem has something to do with this version of windows. Can anyone please
end my headache? Thanks.

Nope. It has nothing to do with Windows and everything to do with the fact
you're attempting to install something illegally. I am assuming, of course,
that you downloaded NSW from Kazaa. NSW is garbageware when it's legal -
Hades only knows what it's like when you install an illegal copy - and I'm
curious to know how you got around the activation, too.

You want to end your headache?! Take two aspirin then go and *BUY* it if you
really insist on having it - though I don't understand why anyone would want
to install it...
