Program Error in Windows XP DLL

I get the following error when running Norton Systemworks
One Button Checkup:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MAPI\1033
\CNFNOT32.exe cannot access a required file mapir.dll"

The file mapir.dll is located in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 nd was
modified on 12 June 2003.

Is this a critical problem and is there a fix to it?
