missing file that is not missing

I have received a message;C:\windows\system32
\mapisrvr.exe can not access necessary file,this is the
file indicated (gapi32.dll).
I did a search and found the file, located in the
CProgram Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT). What
can be done to correct this problem.

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
