missing file

Norton Utilities reports that C:\winnt\system32
\mapisrvr.exe cannot locate a needed file: gapi32.dll.
Norton rates this as a moderately serious problem.

I found gapi32.dll in c:\program files\common
files\system\mapi\1033.

Should I copy gapi32.dll to the winnt\system32 folder? If
not, how do I correct this problem? Or do I just ignore it?
