WinDoctor message

For months whenever I run WinDoctor and attempt to repair
the problem I get the following message:
Missing file: "C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE"
Problem: "C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access
a necessary file, "gapi32.dll"

How do I remedy this?

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
