Profile v XP login accounts

Anyone able to help me with this question please? My wife and I share one PC
but we have separate XP accounts. I'm thinking about using Outlook from our
different logins - do I need to setup different Outlook user profile for each
of us? It would be nice to use Fast User Switching with Outlook open if
possible. I'd be really grateful for any help, thanks.

Yes,

Outlook settings are user specific in XP, not machine specific like in
windows 9x (when not using Multiple User profiles setting). I don't think
that there is a problem using fast switching with OL2003 in XP because my
wife and I also use the fast switching and I am certain the we had to have
left OL open a number of times.

Be careful no to confuse XP profiles with OL profiles. For each XP profile
you will setup the appropriate mail settings. In Win 98 most people did not
use the multiple windows profiles because it was not that hot so people
would setup "Profiles" in Outlook but you will not be doing that in XP
because when you are logged in to windows you only want to see the current
logged on users mail settings and not a whole list of mail settings for
everyone in the family.
