Adding Profile to Outlook 2007

I have Vista 64 bit Home software. I also have Microsoft Office 2007. My
wife, my daughter and I have separate logins on the computer. At the present
time I am the only one who uses Outlook 2007.

My wife would like to use Outlook. However, when she tries to start Outlook,
Outlook is trying to open a .pst file which is in my profile. She gets a
message that she does not have permission and hence outlook will not start.

In going thru help on Microsoft site and also on Outlook, I learned that I
can add her profile by going to Start button ->USER Accounts ->Mail which
opens up Mail Set up dialog box. In there is a button for show profile and I
can add profile there.

My problem is that when I go to Start button -> User Accounts I do not see
Mail button at all. I have made sure that all hidden file are visible in the
folder.
How can I add profile for my wife so that Outlook will start for her when
she wants to use Outlook with her .pst file?

What bothers me about this is that her Windows login should not even have an
Outlook mail profile in it, since mail profiles are in the per-user portion of
the registry, let along one that references your PST.
