Profile Help!

I cannot access any profiles except administator on my
computer. It says: "Windows cannot log you on because
profile cannot be loaded. Contace local..."

Help would be greatly appreciated.
 
When you get the profile error click the Detail: and let me know exactly
what is says.

What operating system are the machines running where this is happening?

Are these Local, Roaming or Terminal Server Roaming profiles?

Do you have Disk Quota enabled on these machines?
