Profile HELP!!!

When I turn my computer on it says "Windows cannot load the locally stored
profile [that's ME!!]... " Then it says something about insufficent security
and to contact my network administrator if the problem persists... However,
this is a home computer.

The next error message says "Windows cannot find local profile... logging
you on with a temporary profile".

Can anyone help, all my information, settings, etc... LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!
