processes running when win startup.

I get really really angry now when i play my games because
i have all this lag (slowness) when i play!!!! Reason:
memory. My memory is very high. When i start up my
computer, i get 20 processes running. When i try closing
them i get the "operation could not be completed; acces
denied"

I WANT THEM OUT! i dont even use the processes that are
running
