When ever I start up Word I recieve the following error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
---------------------------
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have tried to use my install CD to repair the proram but I still get the
message. I can use it in safe mode.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TUFLMjc=?=,

This is indicative of a COM Add-in that's not functioning correctly. Have you
installed any tools to work with Word? Such as an Adobe tool for generating PDF
files?
