Not sure if this is virus related-
All started with Explorer crashing on me, then I couldn't
get into My Computer and look at folders. Then Windows
would not boot. It would say starting up, then just go
balck screen and restart. I can run in safe mode and get
to the internet. I download Stinger, AVG, and Norton
anitvirus. Found at least 2 viruses, but I still can't
boot normally. Stuck in safe mode and have no idea what
to do. Would love some help!

If you tried installing several AV apps, they conflict with each other you
may then have got a false result.
Have you tried repairing yr Win installation, or enable boot logging and
examining resulting boot.log?

What viruses were found? I'd do a search for removal instructions for
the specific viruses at:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/vinfodb.html

A/V programs may detect and remove the infection but not necessarily
reverse any changes they may have made to the registry or replace any
system files that may have been corrupted/replaced/infected and some
manual steps may be required.
