Hello there !

My son dawnloaded several games from the web together
with a lot of garbage. I did a clean up and removed
properly (through Control Panel) the unwanted programs.
Now, when I turn on the computer, I get the following
warnings: "problems loading .dll files", and also "instal
the file "proplus.msi" from the instalation package of
the Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage".
When I bought the computer, the dealer installed the
Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage, but I do
not have the CD. I do not want to go to the dealer to
resolve the problem (I do not trust them). I am getting a
lot of annoying small windows all the time and have to
click "cancel" several times. In addition, I can not open
MS Word or Excel. What can I do to resolve the problem?
Could you help me please?

Thank you for your time,

George Quintero
