Missing proplus.msi

I have just upgraded to windows XP and my office XP seems
to be having problems installing correctly. Everytime I
start my computer it gives me the message that I am
missing my proplus.msi file. I've read some things about
the error but not found a fix. Unfortunetly I don't have
the office XP CD anymore. Is there a way I can find that
file? I do have a friend that has the cd. Can I just
take the file off his?
