Missing Proplus.msi file

Word 2002 opens in safe mode and asks for proplus.msi file from Frontpage. I
do not have the CD. I have tried to download the full version of service
pack 3 and it will not install because of the proplus.msi file also. Also,
Excel will not open right. Everything worked fine two weeks ago. What's
going on? How do I get the file, a fix for this, or a CD?

Hi David,
I have a similar issue as Terry, but I am a Windows XP Home user (not XP
Professional with FrontPage). How can I install Proplus.msi without the CD,
and how come this SP3 update is trying to instal on my computer when it looks
like it is designed for XP Pro and I've only ever had XP Home???
Sorry if my question sounds silly, I am a complete beginer in computers!
Thanks
Laure

SP3 is for MS Office, not for Windows XP - it is required no matter
which operating system you use.
FrontPage is part of the Office family, and uses the same SP3. You will
need the FrontPage and/or Office CD.
