Office XP Professional Home Ed. needs Proplus.msi to update to SP3

My original CD's of XP Professional Home Edition Vs. 2002 has Front Page for
SP3 installation but doesn't have "proplus.msi" to update!! CD with SP3 was
mailed to me but I can't install because of this missing file. In research,
I've seen where it was suggested to uninstall FrontPage at add/install but
I'm being VERY cautious. When I opened up the area of add/install I saw:
Office XP Media Content; Office XP Professional; Office XP Professional with
FrontPage and Office Publisher 2002. Everything works fairly well
together...don't use FrontPage at all...but in uninstalling FrontPage I don't
know if things will work correctly or if I can reinstall without problems if
I need or want to later. Found previous answer for someone else
needing the "proplus.Msi file" and now I've gone to the web site given by
Carey Frisch --Microsoft MVP www.kellys-korner-xp-com/xp_tweaks.htm and
clicked on "office XP 1706 - ProPlus.MSI fix." It didn't help me with
installation of SP3.
Nothing seems to aid in the installation of XP SP3. Any ideas to solve this
would be greatly appreciated.

proplus.msi should be in your office cd under office folder. if D: is your
cd drive.
proplus.msi will be in D:\Office. If you require further assistance, I
recommend the Office Update newsgroup, where this question has been answered
quite often.

Thanks Tom for the suggestion. I'll look to see if it is there. Previous to
this discussion, I'd done a computer search through "files and folders" and
it didn't show there.
Also, since I'm fairly new to discussion groups, it would be nice if someone
could point me to newsgroup mentioned below....

Many Thanks for the feed back. I have the original CDs of 2002 Office XP
Professional Home Ed. which has FrontPage on it. I'm going to try the "Detect
and Repair" suggestion that was on the given address.

You need to put in the Office XP CD and let it finish installing. The file
is on the CD
