When trying to install sp3 update, I am asked for proplus.msi

my update (service pack 3) fails to install. It is asking for a Proplus.msi
file. It asks to please insert microsoft office xp with front page. I do not
have front page installed.
I insert my office small business edition 2003, but it does not work.
Any thoughts?
