Loaded Front Page, now only Excel doesn't work, please help

I recently loaded Front Page and now Excel will not work at all.
Keep getting error code 1706. Prompting to install a PROPLUS.MSI file.
I can only use Word, Access, Publisher, Power Point, outlook and of course
Front Page.
Excel does not show on the Add / Remove programs as it was installed with an
Office package 2002. The Front Page program was down loaded from Microsoft
site and is linked to Office. I do not have a Front Page disc. I dont know
how it will affect my software / system if I delet the Front Page.

To repair Excel you would run the repair on the MSO product it came with

How do you get Front Page from the MS website? I would like to use this
program also.
