Missing proplus.msi file

I am trying to use some of Microsoft XP's features (specifially, Word
templates). I get a message saying I am missing the "proplus.msi" file, and
to insert my XP CD. I do not have it. Is there anyway to find this file so
that I can download it? I did a search on my computer, but it is missing.
Thanks!

If you paid for, and bought a LEGAL copy of Microsoft Office - you would
have what you need!

Word & for that matter all Office installs aren't usually setup with a
100% feature set. Whenever a user calls on a feature that isn't part
of the current setup Office will call for the installer (ProPlus.msi). If
you don't have the install media, then it will enter a loop trying to do
the additional setup. Almost no OEM's include the installer content on
the drive itself, so you have to insert the Office CD-ROM. On any
system I build, I place the Office media on the drive just like the i386
for XP. It's almost mandatory now because to install any Service
Pack for Office you have to have the install disks. And no you won't
be able to download the necessary files.

It's kinda sucky to accuse someone of stealing. I am having the same issue - we lost our discs when we moved. Cause yeah, I paid for and bought a LEGAL copy of Microsoft Office.
