Problems with slow response with a certain program on terminalservers

Hi!

We have a user who experiences that a certain program starts to act
slow after a while of use.

No other programs act slow except from this.

Then I "remote control" this user through Citrix and in the
same second I start remote controlling, the program that had
a slow response acts superfast again.

Then the program can work superb all day. Then again the day
after, the same user experience this problem and I remote control
the session and the program is fast again.

Anyone experienced similar problems?

Is this person working from home, or over a WAN Connection, or are they on
the same physical network as the Citrix Farm?

There is a very cool program called Performance Guard by Premitech that is
built specifically to diagnose problems like this.
