I have 3 identities on my outlook express.....sometimes
when switching between these my outlook express doesn't
open. If you try by clicking on it, the arrow just shows
that its doing something (clock sign) and then nothing
happens....so matter how many times you click on outlook
express, nothing happens....then the only solution is to
restart the computer. kindly advise.
