problems with one client

I have printing problem with one client. They cannot
print to any printers, I have tried various applications
and all other users are ok. The user still has access to
file and print server (ping ok)

Any suggestions?

How do users sign in to print? Is it a Windows domain, p2p, Guest access?

It is in a Windows domain, server running windows server
2000, client win2K

hmm... ok. I was just trying to throw out suggestions of possible problems.
Is the user authenticating in the domain?
