problems with microsoft outlook

can any one please give me advice on how to fix this error message

every time i open outlook its tell me a that DCCEXT.32 DLL file is missing
i have uninstalled and reinstall this program only to find nothing changes


i am using xp windows , office xp and until this week all worked just fine,
now this???
any advice would be appericated

What program have you recently uninstalled if any?

Remove the file from MS Outlook's ADD IN section
