1. Click Start, Run, type Control Inetcpl.cpl.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.

When logged on as a Limited User (as both my children are
set up) they are unable to run Internet Explorer and some
other utilities (such as My Documents and Control Panel).
I have read some other similar problems but so far have
seen no solution, can anyone help?
