Problems with Jetdirect

Sorry if this isn't exactly the right place, but I can't find a more direct
group that is actually active.

I have an HP laserjet printer which is connected to our network using a
Jetdirect card. The printer share is hosted on an NT4 server. All windows XP
stations are able to print to the printer, but none of our WindowsNT
stations (including the server!) can. If you print from an NT station, the
job appears in the printer window, then goes away like normal, but nothing
comes out of the printer.

So far I have tried:

Replacing the jetdirect card
Reassigning the printer to a new IP
Changing the printer port to HP TCP/IP instead of Jetdirect
Deleting all the WINS, DNS and DHCP entires associated with the printer
Restarting the spooler service on the server

I just think its really weird that it works for XP stations, but not NT
since its an NT server. Does anyone have any more ideas?
