problems with internet explorer

i recently bought an E-Machines pc and my internet
explorer has a problem displaying pictures. when you are
looking at a pic on the explorer you see little squares i
guess it is the pixels, anyway if you right click the pic
you can click show original image and the pic will
refresh and look fine. i dont want to have to do that
every time i look at somthing, please tell me how to fix
this problem.

Also disable or better yet, uninstall antivirus/firewall, repair IE6sp1 and
system restore are things that you can try.
