temp file problem

Help,
Im trying to help a friend out everytime he looks at photo in hi
e-mail or in his photos it is showing not only the photo he receive
but also photos of various icons and pics from the web sites he ha
been to. Photos were opening up in adobe 3 but changed it back t
windows pic and fax viewer thinking the problem was in adobe still doe
it. Also cleaned out all temp files went back and tried again and doe
the same thing just different web objects. Any help would b
appreciated I am at a total loss

What exactly is your friend clicking on / doing, and what is he seeing? I'm
not sure I understand.
If he's using Outlook, you might try clearing the temp cache there as well.
