Problems with installing program

I have a 5 disc program I am attempting to install on the cd-rom. 4 out of 5
of the discs have loaded without a problem. One disc gets 3/4 through and it
freezes up. Looking at the error log it says something like this "The
device, \Device\CdRom0, has a bad block." Being that the other 4 discs were
o.k , I think the disc may be bad, but any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

Check the disk for scratches or the likes. And, yeah, it probably isn't any
good. If it is new you can likely return it for a replacement.

Almost certainly, the CD is bad.
