Problems with importing languages in component database

Hello,
importing and copying languages (mui) in component database results in error: "Cannot delete files in target folder. Please make sure you have write access to the files". What to do?

Make sure the account you are logged in using XPe Tools has the write access
to the Repository share (share permissions/folder security permissions).
