When i try to enable hibernation in the power options
properties tab...it says "This process cannot access the
file because it is being used by another process" what
can i do? i tried rebooting it but it still doesn't work?
Is stand by the same as hibernation? If someone could
give me some suggesstions that would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi:
I have the exact same two computers, but they have a bit
different monitors on makers and age/years. One working
well with 'hibernation,' ... but the other does not work
on hibernation no matter how hard I tried to enforce.
Then, it seems to me some of them do 'hibernation,'...
new one, but the older one does not do 'hibernation.'

In my guess, probably not due to the computer, but the
clue might be 'monitor' itself? Either way, I never try
to 'force' on one which does not like 'hibernation' in my
fears, other nasty problem might arise, since I'm NOT no-
expert to do this, like going into 'Regi.' and the
like.
