problems with games

Since installing SP2 on my computer I cannot play online games. The
downloading and installing screen never goes away. Can anyone help? I am
using version 9.10.0009.2900.
 
With online games and SP2,the installed game(s),and programs need to be
configured in xps firewall.Open firewall,exceptions,click on the program,add,
then change scope.Depending on how you run youre computer the scope
section is self explainitory.
