Problems with DVD Drive

My DVD Drive Could play type of CD before but know recently it won't load any
CDRoms.

What I've Done so far:
* Uninstalled the Drive and Restarted Computer for computer to
re-reconignise the DVD Drive,
* Rolled Back Driver
* Changed Driver with other compatiable ones
* Went through the troubleshoot and nothing helped,
* Used many CD-Roms to see if it was just one CD faulty.
* Restored my computer to earliest date.

My Computer is an ACER Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005

DVD Drive: HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GSA-H21N

It seemed to stop working when i instaled TuneUp Utilites which was
recommend by Microsoft. the was a restore thing on the but still nothing.
