problems with digital locker assistant

i recently reinstalled windows vista home premium, restored all the files
from a back-up that i created with the windows application, installed the
sp1, but when i try to open digital locker assistant, i only see an empty
window, it only stays with an empty window.
what can i do?

i already tried that, it doesnt help at all. is there any way i could
reinstall the digital locker assistant?
