Deleting Digital Locker

I tried opening a program the other day and was told I needed a different
program to open it. I clicked on the Microsoft Windows link and it
suggested downloading Mozilla Foxfire. It then put it in my "Digital
Locker." Mozilla did not work so I deleted it. I now have a "Digital
Locker downloads" folder in my Documents that will not delete. It contains
Mozilla (which I no longer have on my computer). When I try to delete the
"Digital Locker" folder from my Documents I get a message saying "The action
cannot be completed because the folder is open in another program." It
tells me to close the folder and try again, but nothing is open. Again, I
deleted Mozilla Foxfire from my computer. I tried doing a systems restore
to a point before I downloaded Mozilla, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions as to how to delete this folder from my Documents would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Reboot the computer, sometimes a program is still running even if it
appears not.
Try deleting in Safe Mode.
