Problems shutting down - bzT7hxY.exe

Whenever I shut down my computer, it is delayed by an "end now" dialog box
that is looking at a file that is in

C:/documentsand settings/dean/local settings/temp/bzT7hxY.exe

I did a goggle search on this bzT7hxY string and it came up with nothing.
The file has a date within the last 3 months or so. Though I am aware that
one can delete temp files, I'm not sure that applies to an exe file and
within this temp folder. Does anyone know what this file might be and how
to (safely) get rid of it?

Thanks!

Lots of good stuff here. Thanks. But I don't see mention of this
particular file there and don't want to take more global action, if
unnecessary. Does anyone know what this file may do?

Thanks!
