Problems sending large emails

When I send a large email Outlook fails to recognise it as sent and therefore
continues resending. I have tried creating a rule to automatically send me a
copy of large messages so that I know it has been sent but that is not an
ideal solution. Has anyone found a way of ensuring Outlook records
sentmessages correctly?
Many thanks

How big are the messages? Many ISP's 9Internet Service Providers) have a
limit on size of messages.

Hi David

It is not that the messages are being blocked by the ISP's, rather than
Outlook does not reflect that they have been sent and therefore continues
trying to resend, with the result that the recipient ends up with several
copies. The problem does not occur with messages smaller that 1Mb. My only
way of ensuring that the message has been sent is by means of a "large
attachment" rule which sends me a copy but only tells me it has been sent so
that I can manually stop Outlook resending.

Thanks

I can't say I have seen this problem before but I will look into it and see
what I can find... What version of Outlook ?

Thanks In Advance
