Clearly, "ntl" is an incorrect server name.

If you are trying to access a NTL account, you need to go to NTLWORLD's
website and see what they require.

Yes. You need to enter the correct server names and settings. Get those
from your mail provider.

In addtion if "ntl" isn't your ISP or the one you're connected to, you won't
be able to send on Port 25. Get an alternate port.
