Problems PLEASE HELP

I hope this is the right forum. For 2 months now, whenever I try to save a
picture, it just freezes up and it won't save. When I open My Pictures, after
I open a few folders, it just freezes up and explorer.exe is reloaded.
Whenever I check on task manager System Idle Process is always around 90% cpu
usage and if I'm having problems related to My Pictures, explorer.exe jumps
to 99% cpu usage. When I'm on Paint and try to save as, when I click save the
save screen goes white. Its just a whole pile of problems and I really need
help because its really driving me crazy. Again, Please help.

That certainly sounds like video card driver problems. Do you have the
latest drivers for the card?

Is there anything listed in the Event Viewer? (Start -> All Programs ->
Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer)

I checked the event viewer but I didn't see anything regarding my video card
driver but how would I go about getting the latest drivers for my video card?

Well, for starters, you could let us know what brand of video card you
have. :<)

Then, go to the manufacturers web site. There usually is a link to
Downloads, or Drivers, or somesuch. Go there and search for your card's
drivers.

Were there any other events marked with Red or Yellow flags?
