Problems loading Office 2003

I have had problems installing Office 2003. I have now run Norton and is says
I am missing a file and cannot fix it the file name says
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MAPISRVR.EXE. Can any one help. I have tried doing s system
restore and it did not work.

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
