Problems Installing .NET CF 2.0 on Audiovox SMT5600

Hi,

I'm trying to install the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 on the Audiovox SMT5600
Smartphone.

Specs:
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition
Version 4.21.1088 (Build 15045.2.6.0)
Processor: ARM OMAP 730

I already have VS 2005 installed as well as the Smartphone and PocketPC 2003
and Windows Mobile 5.0 SDKs. It is fine until the install takes place on the
actual phone. "Microsoft .NET CF 2.0.CAB failed to install on your device."
appears after I select Yes to the installation warning.

Any help?

SP 2003 is not supported by NETCF V2. Only PPC 2003 and PPC 2003 SE are
supported in WM 2003 family.
