Problems in opening new windows

Whenever i click any link (which trigger a new window) in
the IE6 browser, the new window can't be loaded. There is
only the frame of a new transparent window with nothing inside.

What I can do is to copy the new link and paste it to
another IE window i open separtely. But for those
javascript button, i can do nothing, pls help.

I tried uninstalling the IE6 and reinstall the lastest IE6.
But the same thing happened.

Hi Steve - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
