Problems importing OLD .pst file

Hi everyone:

I had installed Outlook 2003 on this new XP Pro computer
but after importing her old archive/.pst files all that I
see is her archive folder and the sent items from 2
months ago. How can I get to see her current Inbox/Sent
items/Contacts and Calendar. Where is everything after
the import process?? I don't see her personal folders.

Are you sure you brought over her old .PST file or did you only bring
over the Archive file?

Thanks for your response:
I'm positive that I brought both, her outlook.pst and her
archive file when I did the import wizard.

What do you think is the problem.

Try File | Open | Personal Folders File and see if you can open her old
.PST file and see the items. If you do you should be able to select all,
drag and drop all of the items from her old folder to the new one.

Thanks for your response. I do complete the file open,
import proccess fine. But I still don't see her Inbox,
Contacts, etc from her personal folder. If I go to
C:\program files\Office\outlook there are 2 files in
there the Outlok.pst file and the archive file. And if I
go to Outlook 2003 and look for the properties of those 2
files theya are pointing to that location. But I still
don't see her Outlook.pst emails/contacts and calendar
stuff. How can I solve this. All I see is her Archive
emails.

O.K., but if you just do a File | Open | Personal Folders File (NOT import)
on the outlook.pst file do you see her Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and so
forth?

No, I still don't see her stuff after doing what you
said. (file, open, etc.
