Archive Folder doen't diaply correctly

A user wanted to know why she can;t go back further than 09/01/2006 for her
sent box archive e-mails? Is it possible to go back further and how can i set
this up?...

Also i noticed in the Archive folder that it was missing the inbox, calendar
and everything else but the sent items folder? How can i get these back so
that they display?
