importing .pst files

I know this is a "reach." One of my users who has been on hiatis for a few
months passworded her .pst file. In the meantime I've upgraded to Office
2003 and need to import her pst files. We have not successfully guessed a
password.

Any ideas or tricks of the trade?

Thanks Brian. I tried this utility and it exported fine. Unfortunately, on
the import it errored out indicating the file was unrecognizeable. It was a
very large with approx. 50 folders. It was worth a shot though....thanks!

NEVER export to or import from a PST. There's never any need and you lose
data. The tool I cited should remove any password from a PST. Then simply
open it in Outlook with File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders
File, depending on version).

The tool exports (-x) and imports (-i). It failed in that import process. I
am not doing an import. Sorry for the misunderstanding. The error returned
is:
Failed importing PROPERTY
Failed importing FOLDER
Program terminated in error

Once again, thanks for the suggestion....I will move on to other challenges.
