Hi,
I have the same problem. I use HTML format.
I even sent messages myself (windows mail) - no attachment displays but the
message is 3.5MB in size. Pictures, however, usually do seem to show up in
Windows Mail when I send them to myself.
My brother and daughter get no pictures or attachments in their Outlook
Express mail from me when I send it via Outlook 2007. Nor does my other
daughter or wife who use Incredimail.
My son does receive them but he is using Outlook 2007.
I had complained about this problem in RC1 and RC2.
Outlook 2003 had the problem sometimes occured - each version since 2000
seems to have gotten more incompatible with other email clients.

If you look at one of these messages in the Sent Items folder after
sending,
does the attachment show there? Is there any pattern to the type of
attachment that gets stripped?

Everyone within the organization is using Outlook 2003. There is a
mixture
of xp and 2000 machines
:
Are the recipients also using Outlook? If not, make sure you send the
messages in Plain Text or HTML format, not Rich Text.

There is an issue that occurs at random where attachments are not
forwarded
off to all users. The attachment is stripped off and not sent. It
doesn't
happen all the time.
We thought it was an issue related to pst files which we no longer
have and
still experience the issues. Could this be related to Exchange 2003
or
Outlook?
Has anyone else ever had this problem or could offer steps to try to
find a
resolution.
It isn't specific to one user, one OS, etc, just seems to be random.
