Weird problem this with attachements

ok 1 of my computers on this network are having weird problems with
attachments.
the user has received plenty of emails in the past with attached jpegs on
them, and some hav been deleted over a year ago. now when he forwards a
random email to somebody with a random jpeg attached, the recipient then
receives all old and deleted jpegs too along with the intended jpeg, but the
other jpegs werent meant to be attached! if i run advanced system care and
clear the temp folder then it helps, so i assume its got somethin to do with
the temp internet files or somethin, but how do i stop it from happenin? can
someone plz tel me wat is goin on? its an exchange account, if that helps.

Is it picking up attachments that are in the securetemp folder or just
random attachments from his hard drive?
